WAITING PERIOD
There is no waiting period in Florida. If you or your spouse have no children and are agreeable to getting a divorce, your divorce can be completed in 3-4 weeks.
If you have children, it will only take an additional 1-2 weeks. A divorce in Florida is typically very quick.
